Par temps froids comme on en a vécus ces jours-ci (-30C), il était inconcevable de retirer chandail, foulard et chapeau de laine du concept-photo que j'avais en tête pour Roxana avant son grand départ pour l'Europe.

Since these days have been insanely cold (-30C), i couldn't help but to use Roxana's woolen sweater, scarf and hat as props in my concept, a few days before she left on a big jet plane, direction: Europe.

Whenever I walk places, I can't help but to look at my feet when they find a common ground to my love for light and structure, in consequence of which I come close to fall way too often.

Lorsque je marche, je ne peux m'empêcher de regarder le sol où mes pieds se posent alors que lumière et structure se rencontrent, résultant des quasi-trébuchements un peu trop fréquents.

As I ran into my friend Darrel the other day, he handed me his 'interactive business card' (fold it yourself and have fun type of deal). So this morning, as I procrastinated a bit from another project on the go, I had fun playing cards and origami. Thanx Open Form.

J'ai croisé mon ami Darrel l'autre jour, qui m'a refilé sa «carte d'affaire interactive» (du genre: plie-la et amuse-toi avec). Donc ce matin, alors que je procrastinais un temps soit peu un autre projet, je me suis amusée à jouer aux cartes et à faire de l'origami. Merci Open Form.

Cette dernière image de Fleet Foxes m'a rappelée une photo que j'avais prise d'un petit oiseau à paillettes sagement posé sur un de mes gribouillis. Le temps des Fêtes maintenant terminé, il est temps de revendiquer les paillettes à l'année...
